Robotic bucket and pail palletising

Robot cells that stack buckets, pails and tubs onto pallets straight from your filling line, designed, built and installed for manufacturers across Australia.

Built for round containers

Round and tapered containers don't sit together like cartons. A bucket palletiser is set up to pick each one securely and place it in a pattern that stays put.

  • Gripper that holds the bucket by the body or rim without denting it
  • Multi-pick grippers to take a row of buckets at once for higher rates
  • Infeed spacing and accumulation from your filler and lidder
  • Lid and handle orientation where the pattern needs it
  • Layer sheets between layers for stable stacks
  • Pallet dispensing and outfeed to a stretch wrapper or forklift pick-up
  • Guarding, interlocked gates and light curtains to AS/NZS 4024

Common questions

Can a robot palletise different bucket sizes on one line?

Yes. Each size gets its own pattern on the operator screen, and the gripper is designed to cover your range, so a size change is a recipe change.

Will the robot damage the buckets?

No. The gripper is designed around your container so it holds the bucket firmly without denting the body or knocking the lid.

How fast can it run?

That depends on your containers and pattern. Multi-pick grippers take a row of buckets at a time, and we size the cell to your filling line with room to grow.

Can it connect to our filler and lidder?

Yes. We connect to the filling, lidding and labelling equipment you already have and can program on the PLC platform your site uses.

Is it safe to work around?

Every cell is designed to the Australian machinery safety standard AS/NZS 4024, with fencing, interlocked access gates and light curtains where pallets leave the cell. The safety documentation is handed over with the machine.
