Robotic palletising systems

Robot palletising cells for cartons, cases, bags and buckets, designed, built and installed for manufacturers across Australia.

What a palletising cell includes

A robotic palletiser takes product off the end of your line and stacks it onto pallets in the pattern you need, without anyone lifting a carton.

  • Palletising robot sized to your product weight and rate
  • Gripper designed for your product: vacuum, clamp, fork or bag gripper
  • Infeed conveyors, product turning and accumulation
  • Pallet dispenser and slip-sheet or layer-pad placement
  • Pallet outfeed to a forklift pick-up point, stretch wrapper or labeller
  • Guarding, interlocked gates and light curtains to AS/NZS 4024
  • Control panel and operator screen with a stacking pattern editor

What we palletise

Grippers and stacking patterns are designed around your products, including mixed product ranges on the same line.

Cartons and cases

Single or multi-pick, with column or interlocked patterns and layer pads.

Trays and shrink packs

Shrink-wrapped trays and bundles handled without crushing or slipping.

Bags and sacks

Fork or clamp grippers for powders, grains and granulated products.

Buckets and pails

Stable stacking for round and tapered containers.

Common questions

How much does a robotic palletiser cost?

It depends on how many lines feed the cell, your product and rate, and what pallet handling you need, such as a pallet dispenser, stretch wrapper or labeller. After a site visit we give you a few options at different price points, with exactly what each one includes, so you can compare.

How fast can a robot palletise?

Speed depends on the product, the gripper and the stacking pattern. Grippers can pick more than one carton at a time, and we size the robot and gripper to your required rate with headroom for growth.

How much floor space does a palletising cell need?

That depends on the number of pallet stations and how your conveyors come in. We provide a layout drawing that fits your space before you commit to anything.

Can one robot palletise more than one line?

Yes. A single robot can serve two or more infeeds and pallet stations, which is often the most cost-effective option for multiple lines.

Can our operators change stacking patterns?

Yes. Patterns are set up and changed from the operator screen, so new products don't need a robot programmer.

What products can be palletised?

Cartons, shrink-wrapped trays, cases, bags and sacks, buckets and pails, and bundles. Grippers are designed around your product range.

Which robot brands do you use?

We work with FANUC, ABB, KUKA, Yaskawa and Kawasaki palletising robots, and can match the brand your site already uses.

Is a robotic palletiser safe to work around?

Every cell is designed to the Australian machinery safety standard AS/NZS 4024, with fencing, interlocked access gates and light curtains where pallets leave the cell. The safety documentation is handed over with the machine.

Can it connect to our existing conveyors, wrapper or PLC?

Yes. We integrate with equipment you already have and can program on the PLC platform your site uses.

Do you work outside Sydney?

Yes. We are based in Sydney and install and support systems across Australia.
